Process introduction:
RO reverse osmosis mainly removes dissolved salts, organic matter, silica colloid, macromolecular substances and particulate matter not removed by pretreatment in water. The two-stage RO process can effectively remove ions in the water, and at the same time make the effluent meet the water inflow requirements of the subsequent EDI device process.
The reverse osmosis system consists of a 5μ filter, 2 high-pressure pumps, a pressure vessel and a reverse osmosis membrane. The first-stage reverse osmosis device RO is arranged in 2:1, using six 8-inch membranes arranged in series, the water production rate is m3/h, and the recovery rate is 75%; the second-stage reverse osmosis device RO is arranged in 1:1, using 3 The 8-inch membranes are arranged in series, the water production rate is m3/h, and the recovery rate is 85%. The low-pressure composite membrane CPA3 is selected for the first stage of the membrane element, and the ultra-low pressure composite membrane ESPA2 is selected for the second stage. (Select ESPA3 film)
Maintenance of reverse osmosis equipment
In order to ensure the stable operation of the RO unit, a UV sterilizer and a scale inhibitor dosing system are installed before the RO. 1 UV sterilizer with a processing capacity of 17.6m3/h, the main function is to kill bacteria in the water and avoid fouling of the RO membrane. The emission wavelength of the ultraviolet lamp is 254 nm, the intensity is 30000 μWs/cm2, and the sterilization rate is 99%.
In order to prevent fouling on the concentrated water side of the RO unit, a scale inhibitor must be added to the feed water. The scale inhibitor is FLOCON260, and the designed dosage is 2.4 mg/L. Or use PTP0100 antiscalant, the design dosage is 1 mg/L.
In order to remove CO2 in the water, NaOH was added between the two RO stages to adjust the pH value of the primary RO effluent to 7.83, and the designed dosage of NaOH was 4.5 mg/L.
The RO cleaning system is skid-mounted equipment, including a cleaning tank, a 5 μm filter, and a cleaning pump. When fouling or fouling occurs in the RO system, the RO device can be cleaned, and the EDI can also be cleaned at the same time.
The function of the intermediate water tank is to store RO produced water and adjust the water volume, so that the system operation can be adjusted flexibly.
The conductivity of the water produced by the two-stage RO system is <10 μs/cm, the SiO2 content is <500 μg/L, and the TOC is <50 μg/L.

1. After the device is transported to the site, it should be placed indoors. The ambient temperature should not be lower than 5°C and not higher than 38°C. When the temperature is higher than 35°C, ventilation measures should be strengthened.
2. After the device arrives, it should be installed within one month, and the water test run should be carried out immediately.
3. Before the device is tested with water, no valve shall be opened to avoid the protection solution from flowing out and causing damage to the components.
4. After the device is in place, the supporting point of the device should be adjusted so that the component is in a basically horizontal position and is in reliable contact with the foundation.
5. The pipes and valves connected to the device and the water supply pump should be degreased before connection, and the overflowing part of the water supply pump should also be degreased.
