Working principle

The impurity-containing water flows into the stainless steel filter screen of the filter cylinder from the water inlet, and the clean water flows out from the outlet after being filtered by the stainless steel filter screen. The filtering direction is from the inside to the outside, and the filtered impurities are adsorbed on the filter screen, thus forming a pressure difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the filter screen.

When the pressure difference reaches the set value (such as 0.2 Bar), the pressure sensor sends a signal to the controller, the controller opens the drain valve, and at the same time sends the signal to start the motor, and the motor starts to work, driving the stainless steel brush in the cylinder to rotate and filter The self-cleaning of the device, the sewage flows out from the sewage outlet, and the entire cleaning time is 2-3s. When the equipment is turned on for self-cleaning, it will normally filter and supply water continuously.

Product type

According to the different installation methods of customers or the limitation of on-site installation space, the self-cleaning structure is divided into: vertical self-cleaning filter (that is, floor-standing), straight-through self-cleaning filter, Y-shaped self-cleaning filter, horizontal self-cleaning filter, etc. structure type.

The control methods can be selected from differential pressure, time, manual and PLC control. The commonly used control methods are differential pressure and time, whichever comes first.
