Equipment Structure and System Control of Reverse Osmosis

Reverse osmosis membrane elements and devices

The reverse osmosis membrane element is the core component of reverse osmosis seawater desalination. The element has better than 99% pressure resistance and anti-oxidation and pollution resistance. The reverse osmosis device adopts a combined structure of six membrane elements in series and six pressure main pipes connected in parallel, and is equipped with low-pressure automatic flushing discharge and desalinated water low-pressure automatic flushing replacement, and automatic switching discharge device for unqualified product water. In this system, high and low pressure protection and high pressure pumps are also set up, and the interlock of cleaning pumps is also set.

system control

The entire reverse osmosis seawater desalination control system is designed using advanced computer program control at home and abroad, and a control system with decentralized sampling control and centralized monitoring operation is composed of industrial computer operating station programmable controller PLC. The high and low pressure protection switch and automatic switching device are set according to the process parameters. When the conductance, flow and pressure are abnormal, it can realize automatic switching, automatic interlocking alarm, and shutdown to protect the high-pressure pump and reverse osmosis membrane elements. The frequency conversion controls the start and stop of the high-pressure pump, realizes the soft operation of the high-pressure pump, saves energy consumption, and prevents damage to the high-pressure pump and membrane elements caused by water hammer or back pressure. The program design can realize low-pressure automatic flushing before and after the start-up and shutdown of the reverse osmosis device. Especially when the reverse osmosis device is out of operation, the metastable state of the concentrated seawater will transform into sediment and pollute the membrane surface. The automatic flushing of low-pressure desalinated water can replace the concentrated seawater to protect The membrane surface is free from pollution, prolonging the service life of the membrane. The temperature, flow, water quality, output and other related parameters of the system can be displayed, stored, counted, tabulated and printed. The dynamic technological process picture in the monitoring operation is clear and intuitive, and the system control simplifies manual operation to ensure that the system can run automatically, safely and reliably.
